2008 Banquet & Auction

 

An annual favorite of past TROUTFEST celebrations is a delicious, specially prepared banquet followed by a rousing auction held Friday evening before the outdoor events.  There will be a Live Auction, a Silent Auction and Bucket Auction items.  A custom-made bamboo fly rod will be offered as a door prize (only 150 tickets at $25 each). 

Each year we’ve had to expand our venue to accommodate the demand for tickets.  This year is no exception, as we are moving to a festival tent at Little River Outfitters in Townsend, TN.  You won’t want to miss this event.  Visit www.troutfest.org for information and tickets.

 

 

 

The Banquet will be held at the Festival Tent - Little River Outfitters Friday, May 16 at 6PM.  For a map and directions please click here.  While larger, the festival tent has limited seating - don't delay secure your tickets today!.  Tickets are $30 each or $50 for two.  The menu will consists of Grilled BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Bread, Peach & Pear Cobbler for dessert, Iced Tea, Coffee & Water.  You may want to lick your fingers, and since you’ll be among friends, go right ahead.

 

Prior to and during the meal, attendees will be able to bid on Silent Auction items and Bucket Auction items.  Tickets for the Bucket Auction will be available at the door.  Following the banquet meal, we will commence the live auction.  Lively it will be, as a professional auctioneer will call the auction.  If you haven’t attended before, you are in for a treat.  Just ask those who have attended in the past.  It’s fun and it can be rewarding.
